I always tell people that no matter your level of fitness - you’ll be challenged in the class. They teach you how to adapt to your personal level, while pushing you to consistently improve. There is such a sense of community for everyone to rise together and have support along your journey.

I don’t think I even understood what lifting was until I started coming here and the community and support made it exciting, not scary. This is an amazing gym and the trainers really put in the time to make your effort to get to the gym worthwhile. Try it once you’ll be back!

This place is what keeps me consistent and wanting to come back for more. The workouts are like no other (and you’ll never do the same workout twice), the members are the best and the coaches are even better - knowledgeable and super motivating! Tough workouts but you set the pace...unless they know you can do more 🤪.

If you are feeling nervous to try it out- go for a lifting class vs. a bootcamp! While both are 🔥🔥🔥🔥 you might find a few strength classes a good ease into your new fit lifestyle!
